<p>Hi Louise, Grate the white cabbage on the small hole side of a box grater. In a saute pan heat up some oil or lard, add the grated cabbage and pour in a little water. Cover the pan and slowly cook until the cabbage is tender &#8211; stir regularly and add more water if needed. Season with salt and pepper.</p>
